I had a mix of experiences at this resort. The location was great, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. The management's attitude really affected my stay, making it less enjoyable than it could have been. My stay at Waterview Resort was quite disappointing due to the new management. While the location remains fantastic and the views are lovely, the change in management has drastically affected the atmosphere. The rooms were okay, but cleanliness was questionable, and service from the management wasn't up to par. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my recent experience.

We had an amazing stay in Unit 6, which might be a bit dated but was super clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The location is perfect; we didn’t need our car at all, as it’s easy to walk to everything, including Bullcock Beach. Unfortunately, the experience was tarnished by the property managers, who were intrusive and not very professional. The overall vibe has changed, making it less enjoyable than our previous visits.
